Terms of Service
1. All residential signs that are ordered by 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday will be installed within 24 business hours, under normal weather conditions, in the Downriver area.
2. If office personnel are not in the office orders can be placed on answering machine, e-mailed, or faxed in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. When new sign orders are faxed, only one order per form.
4. Listing agents are responsible for all riders and flyer boxes. If a rider or flyer box is left on a sign post at the time of pick-up it will be left on the property.
5. Installation orders must include the above-listed info which is:
A.Exact address, street and city
B.Main cross streets
C.We must be notified of gas lines or other underground hazards. If homeowner or listing agent is unsure MISS DIGS MUST be called before the order can be placed. Sprinkler systems must be marked before sign installation. Sunrise Signs is not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems.
D.The installer will place sign in the best viewing area, if a listing agent or homeowner wishes a sign in a specific location; we are to be notified at the time of the order.
E.Vacant lots must be marked before a sign will be installed.
7. Our terms are payable on receipt, $20.00 late fee after 15th of month.
8. All balances not paid by the Agent are the responsibility of the Broker.
